St Oswalds Primary School Durham

Brambledown have completed works to St Oswalds Primary School in Durham on behalf of Building Needs.

The bulk of the works carried out in the North East by Brambledown Landscape Services Ltd involved the laying of 210m2 of artificial grass including a 25mm shockpad. The artificial grass chosen was Easigrass and the children have been enjoying a huge new astroturf area which they can safely play on all year round in all weather conditions. Easigrass is a leading brand of artificial grass which looks exactly like normal grass and has a 7 year manufacturers guarentee and can withstand a lot of footfall from children in a school setting aswell as in a domestic home setting. Artificial grass is an extremely cost effective way for schools to provide a long lasting, safe play area for children in an earea that would have once become worn away when covered in real grass, and would have needed to be maintained all year round. Now the children and adults can enjoy a lush, soft and green area 365 days of the year.
