Middlesbrough Housing Association External Works

Housing Association External Works in Middlesbrough - Brambledown Landscape Services Ltd have carrried out almost half a million pounds worth of commercial Hard and Soft Landscaping and Civils works at Port Clarence in Middlesbrough in The North East of England. The Construction and Civils works were carried out on behalf of Housing Association Thirteen Group as part of the ongoing 3 year Environmental Improvements Framework Package which Brambledown are part of.

Brambledown were responsible for carying out 18 weeks worth of environmental improvements in Middlesbrough, to include Groundworks, Earthworks, electrical ducting and cabling, paving, fencing and gates, CCTV, street furniture and litter bin installation, pin kerbs, roads and paths, tarmac surfacing, soiling, seeding, tree and shrub planting and turfing. The works in Middlesbrough also included a Play Area construction with various pieces of play equipement and rubber fleck safety surfacing.

The works were carried out by Brambledown Landscapes Wetherby Office which covers Yorkshire and Cleveland, and involved continuous liasing with local residents as well as the client and architect, Groundwork North East.
