Melbourne House Communal Area Middlesbrough

Brambledown Landscape Services Ltd have recently completed the Construction of a high-spec communal area outside Melbourne House in Middlesbrough.

Brambledown Landscape Services Ltd were operating on behalf of clients Erimus Housing who Brambledown have had Select Landscape Contractor Status with for several years now, carrying out major landscape & external works across the North of England on their behalf.

Tarmac middlesbrough Brambledown landscap CommercialThis particluar scheme completed by Brambledown included both hard and soft landscaping & Erimus Housing worked alongside Michele MacCallam who is an architect at Groundwork North East to produce a wonderful scheme. The Final Project value was around the £70,000 mark with annual Grounds Maintenance to the scheme also to be carried out By Brambledown Landscapes as part of the contract conditions.

Works carried out by Brambledown Landscapes for Erimus Housing in Middlesbrough and Groundwork North East at Melbourne House to create this outdoor communal area involved paving, tarmac works, fibredec instalation, lighting, turfing, planting, bespoke steel trellis works & blacksmith gates, outdoor seating and a large bicycle shelter.
